Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies

My no bake cheesecake in between two layers of baked chocolate chip cookies. Can be substituted with any kind of cookies. (Approx. 16 squares.) Also avalible with "Muddy Waters", a special Oreo blended chocolate topping. Another option, my Blue Bell Cups which contain chopped pieces of my cheesecake cookies and original vanilla Blue Bell ice cream, $7 each.
