Sugahmama's German Chocolate Cheesecake

My Mom and Grandma’s German Chocolate family recipe frosting on top of my no bake chocolate cheesecake. All on a chocolate chocolate chip and walnut cookie crust. Of course all from scratch as intended, because anything box made is not an option in this family. I’m continuing the Redd legacy.
